Corporate Social Responsibility

At Allpest we endeavour to leave a memorable mark on the pest management industry, and believe it is our personal responsibility to give to the future by giving now.

In addition to being Foundation members of the AEPMA Codes of Practice, we are also involved with many other Industry improvement initiatives including PestCert, Bed Bug COP Working Party, Industry Training Council, European House Borer Industry Consulting Group, Challenger Tafe Pest Management Advisory Board, Product Safety and Integrity Committee and PSIC Training and Licensing Working Group.

Allpest is committed to operating a business that acknowledges and respects heritage, concerns and aspirations of traditional owners and local communities where we operate. We believe this is achievable by providing equal opportunity for all employees and aim to have a direct and contracted Indigenous Australian Workforce of 10 percent by 2018. To reach this target, we have employed an indigenous employment and training coordinator to recruit and train indigenous people across all operations. We will continue to win the confidence and trust of our indigenous, government, and industry partners and meet our commitment to this undertaking by Delivering sustainable and lasting outcomes. We believe that human progress and economic development for Indigenous communities means contributing along the entire Social value chain.

As well as doing our part for the community, Allpest also follows self implied recycling policies for garbage and E-waste, and adhere to a strict energy conservation plan.
